- Reports To: Director of Nursing (DON)
- Shift Pattern: Per Diem
- Pay Grade: Up to $42 per hour
Embassy of Saxonburg is seeking PRN/Casual RN Supervisors to support residents and staff. Our facility is small enough to offer personalized attention while large enough to implement the latest care resources, programs and safety protocols.
Responsibilities & Job Functions- Direct day‑to‑day functions of nurses and nursing assistants in accordance with facility rules and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures.
- Meet with nursing and support staff to plan shift services, programs, and activities.
- Ensure nursing staff comply with procedures in the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
- Prepare written and oral reports/recommendations for the Director of Nursing.
- Complete and file required record‑keeping forms at admission, transfer, or discharge, maintaining compliance with the medical records system.
- Review new admission charts for accuracy and completeness, follow up on identified areas, and forward summary to the Director of Nursing.
- Must possess a Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
