Shenandoah Senior Living Community is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Shenandoah, PA. In this vital leadership role, you’ll oversee the coordination and delivery of resident care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality and compassion.

Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the daily delivery of nursing care.
- Monitor and evaluate resident outcomes, ensuring care meets professional and regulatory standards.
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical guidance in a self‑directed, professional manner.
- Support and mentor nursing staff to promote teamwork and excellence in care.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
