Clinical Responsibilities:
Obtain and review patient's medical and psychosocial history relevant to care.Conduct physical examinations following company guidelines.Order and review laboratory and diagnostic studies, including ECGs.Provide Preventive Medicine Counseling, Program counseling, and Education on Products and Supplements.Follow prescription guidelines under the collaborative agreement with the supervising physician.Maintain documentation for patient care and medication management in the EMR.Review patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities as needed.Conduct follow-up calls to discuss progress and address concerns.
General Responsibilities:
Review weekly reports and KPIs to oversee clinical operations and mentor staff.Act as the medical liaison at the locations.Participate in training initiatives and serve as in-house trainer.Identify opportunities to improve clinical operations' efficiency and effectiveness.Develop strategies to enhance patient experience.Participate in launching new programs, services, and products.Manage projects effectively, developing and monitoring work plans.We
