Cable Hollow Community Church is an evangelical non-denominational church that is community focused organization located at 3157 Cable Hollow Rd, Russell, Pennsylvania, 16345 United States. We are dedicated to serving the spiritual, emotional, and social needs of our congregation and the surrounding community. The church emphasizes building meaningful connections, fostering personal growth, and supporting individuals in their faith journey. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pastor located in Russell, PA. The Pastor will lead worship services, oversee spiritual programs, and provide pastoral care and guidance to members of the congregation. Responsibilities include but not limited to delivering sermons, teaching Bible studies and discipleship courses, offering spiritual counseling, weddings, funerals, visiting the sick and shut-ins, and organizing community outreach initiatives.

The Pastor will work closely with church leadership to support the mission and goals of the church and foster spiritual growth within the community.

• Strong skills and experience in Pastoring, serving in a pastoral capacity, and providing pastoral care to address the needs of individuals and families
• Proficiency in leading Bible Study sessions and teaching scripture-based lessons to further spiritual growth
• Experience and commitment to guiding individuals and groups in Discipleship
• Effective communication, interpersonal and counseling skills to build relationships and provide support to congregation members
• Two-Three years previous pastoral leadership experience preferred
