2025 Summer Staff.
Starting Pay is $300/week. Housing and most meals are provided.
We are looking for spiritually charged individuals who can’t wait to serve the Lord and others. We offer a unique opportunity to experience ministry in multiple departments. Your primary job will be in children’s ministry, but as time allows and the need presents itself, you may have a chance to work in other departments. We are looking for people who want to worship the Lord in serving.
Job Requirements- In love with the Lord and has a heart for discipleship
- A genuine love for working with kids of all ages
- Willing to grow this ministry by seeing a need and helping
- When not actively working, spending some alone time in devotions
- Doing things joyfully, even things you may not want to do
- Putting others’ needs first
- Attend scheduled staff meetings
- Care for assigned age group during the time that their parents are attending our services
- Follow system set in place by Children’s Ministry Director for weekly schedule planning
- Seek to develop positive, loving relationships with children and youth
- Teach Bible lessons connected to weekly themes to the assigned age group
- Build camaraderie with other counselors by resolving problems, achieving goals, and completing assignments cooperatively and effectively
- Assist with other aspects of the ministry as assigned by Children’s Ministry Director
- Maintain safe and proper storage of all equipment
- Finish other duties and projects as assigned and scheduled by the Children’s Ministry Director
- Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of the guests when on the grounds
