We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who wants to "grow" with us here at the farm!
Essential
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop ideas to drive traffic, increase exposure, improve, or create and increase brand awareness
- Design and produce digital ads, and direct mail pieces with all photography and content
- Compose annual marketing calendar and weekly social calendar
- Develop and manage content for our marketing strategy
- Assist in preparation annual marketing/events plan/budget
- Design and produce all in-store branding, promotional opportunities, and signage by coordinating with department managers.
- Photograph events and/or work with photographer as well as contact vendors for marketing materials.
- Assist Events Coordinator in planning, organizing and execution of all events from start to finish
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferred in the retail industry
- Demonstrable experience marketing email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on all major search engines
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Hootsuite, Creator Studio, Word Press, Canva
- Create skills with digital photography
- Event planning experience
- Must have strong work ethic, strong organizational skills and be a self-starter
