Sr. Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist (Marketing Coordinator)

• Brand management and creation of digital & print marketing collateral for nationwide B2B & B2C lines of business.
• Order & maintain marketing collateral & promotional items inventory for corporate & affiliate offices.
• Maintain & organize digital & print design files.
• Prioritize multiple tasks & projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Create & update social media content:
  Facebook, Linked In, Instagram.
• Project‑manage & communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Track website performance through Google Analytics & manage location data within Google Business Profile.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 10 years in graphic design, spanning digital & print media (web a plus).
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent education & experience.
• Proven visual design & layout skills for digital & print marketing collateral.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative solutions & technical skills of digital & print projects.
• Experience managing print vendors & preflight files; knowledge of paper stock types.
• Ongoing professional development to stay current on design trends, tools, & technologies.
• Ability to ensure visual consistency, clarity, & brand alignment across all touchpoints while managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail, spelling & proofreading skills.

• Adobe Creative Suite (must).
• Expert:
  InDesign.
• Proficient:
  Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat & Bridge.
• Knowledge of HTML & CSS.
• Canva.
• Word & PowerPoint.

• Web content editing/updates within Word Press sites.
• Facebook ad campaigns.
