We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help align, execute, and track marketing efforts across our HVAC, plumbing, and sewer & drain divisions.
This role plays a key part in coordinating vendors, ensuring message consistency, supporting community engagement, and helping marketing efforts translate into real results for the business.
- Coordinate marketing activities with multiple third-party vendors (digital, traditional, design, website/SEO partners, and other marketing platforms).
- Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, customer service, and leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with capacity, promotions, and business goals.
- Maintain, execute, and update the marketing calendar to ensure campaigns are timely, aligned, and clearly communicated internally.
- Track performance and ROI across marketing channels including PPC, social media, direct mail, email, text campaigns, website performance, and online lead-generation platforms.
- Assist with tracking marketing spend and performance against budget, collaborating with leadership on adjustments as needed.
- Help identify underperforming campaigns and work with vendors and internal stakeholders to adjust strategy and improve results.
- Support lead quality tracking and follow-up visibility for online lead-generation platforms managed by third-party partners.
- Review and classify calls within Google Local Service Ads (LSAs), including marking booked leads and rating call quality, to support accurate reporting and optimization.
- Support website performance and local SEO efforts by coordinating updates, content needs, and optimizations with website and SEO partners.
- Create and manage email and text campaigns using Service Titan Marketing Pro or similar tools; support basic copy development and audience segmentation.
- Utilize first-party customer data to support targeted messaging, audience creation, and customer retention initiatives.
- Respond to online reviews across Google, Facebook, and other platforms using company-approved guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency and final message alignment across advertising, digital platforms, internal promotions, and community-facing materials before launch.
- Update and manage messaging on the outdoor digital sign at the Harrisburg office to align with current campaigns, promotions, and seasonal messaging.
- Share and translate updates on current and upcoming campaigns, offers, and community initiatives into clear, practical guidance for internal teams to support alignment.
- Serve as a community liaison by coordinating and attending local events, sponsor ships, and outreach efforts; represent the company at community, chamber, and charity events as needed.
- Capture photos and videos at job sites, events, and company activities to support marketing and social media content.
- Maintain organized records of marketing performance, vendor communications, and marketing assets (photos, videos, testimonials).
- Collaborate and align with the social media marketing intern to ensure consistency in messaging, priorities, and execution.
- Proactively identify and flag opportunities, risks, or misalignment in marketing efforts and bring recommendations to leadership early.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing department and company goals.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or a related field (home services industry preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email/text tools, and online lead-generation platforms.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar website analytics tools.
- Experience using AI tools to support marketing execution, reporting, content development, or workflow efficiency.
- Proficiency with Excel for tracking, reporting, and organization.
- Familiarity with Service Titan, Service Titan Marketing Pro, or similar marketing automation tools preferred.
- Ability to create or update simple marketing visuals using tools like Canva (or similar) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable communicating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
