Job Title: Product Executive – Companion Animals
Location: Pune

Role Purpose
The Product Executive will support the Companion Animal Business by managing the product portfolio, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring effective coordination between sales, marketing, and technical teams. The role is designed to drive brand growth, enhance customer engagement, and support the achievement of business objectives in the companion animal segment.

• Product & Portfolio Management
  Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for existing and new products in the Companion Animal segment.

  Monitor product performance, analyze market data, and provide inputs for portfolio optimization.

  Support in managing product life cycle, packaging, and branding initiatives.
• Market Research & Analysis
  Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence to identify opportunities and threats.

  Analyze sales data and prepare product performance reports for management review.

  Develop promotional materials, product literature, and digital content in collaboration with agencies.

  Support in planning and execution of brand campaigns, conferences, CMEs, and customer engagement activities.

  Ensure alignment of all communication with corporate brand guidelines.

  Provide product training and updates to sales teams and field staff.

  Coordinate with the sales team to track implementation of marketing strategies at the ground level.

  Graduate/Postgraduate in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences. MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.

  1–3 years of experience in Product Management/Marketing (preferably in Animal Healthcare/Pharma/FMCG).
• Qualification & Experience
  Fresh graduates with strong academic background and passion for Companion Animal business may also be considered.
