Overview

The role:

We're hiring a hands-on Marketing Specialist, Digital Growth (title can flex-think Digital Growth Specialist / Performance Marketing Lead) to help grow the Ritz-Craft Corporation brand and our family of companies. This is an entrepreneurial role inside an established organization: you'll help shape what "good" looks like, build repeatable systems, and ship work that moves the needle. You'll partner closely with the Marketing Director and senior leadership to set focus, protect priorities, and keep us out of "random request mode."

What You'll Be Doing

You'll run our day-to-day digital growth engine across web, email, SEO, paid media, and social. That means taking goals and turning them into a simple quarterly plan, then executing with momentum: launch, test, measure, improve.

You'll also help bring order to incoming requests. Stakeholders will have ideas (some great, some urgent, some...not). You'll bring good judgment: ask the right questions, recommend tradeoffs, and confidently say "not now" when something doesn't fit the roadmap.

In practice, you'll spend your time improving the website experience (landing pages, UX, accessibility, LMS/CRM conversion paths), building SEO fundamentals (including UTM standards), running and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, paid social, retargeting), and building email campaigns/automation (segmentation, nurture journeys, reporting). You'll create or coordinate lightweight creative (graphics/video), keep social content moving, and deliver clear reporting with recommendations based on results—not opinions.

You'll Work Here

We're looking for someone who operates like an owner: you take initiative, manage your backlog, and move work from idea to live execution. You're comfortable collaborating with teammates and vendors, and you can communicate clearly with sales and senior leaders. You don't need perfect information to start -- you can make smart decisions, test fast, and adjust.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you'll understand our business lines, get your hands around the current digital landscape, and start shipping improvements. You'll establish a simple prioritization rhythm, launch a few quick wins, and begin building a repeatable way to plan, execute, and report digital performance.

What We're Looking For

We care most about capability and judgment. Ideally you bring 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (or 5-7 years with a high school diploma/GED). You've shipped real work across channels and can explain how you made decisions.

You should be comfortable with:

  • SEO + measurement (GA4, Search Console, platform analytics)
  • Paid media (Google Ads and/or paid social) with a testing mindset
  • Email marketing and basic automation (Constant Contact or Hub Spot)
  • CMS work (Wix and/or Word Press) and fast landing page updates
  • Light design/production (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
  • Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail

Nice to have: experience in construction/manufacturing/off-site construction; basic HTML/CSS; familiarity with Asana (or similar).
