Director of Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase facility occupancy
• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with the admissions team to generate and convert leads
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources
• Organize and participate in community outreach and networking events
• Oversee social media and digital marketing efforts
• Create marketing materials and content
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Represent the facility at professional and community events

Director of Marketing Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of the local market and community is a plus
