Mold Processor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mold Processor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines to ensure efficient production and consistent product quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and shut down injection molding machines per production requirements
• Perform mold changes, setups, and processing adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot molding and processing issues to maintain optimal machine performance
• Monitor machines and processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
• Work closely with Quality and Maintenance teams to achieve production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Communicate production or quality issues to supervisors as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience with injection molding or similar processing work preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, as required

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time
• Second/Third Shift: 3pm-11pm to 11pm-7am M-F
• Pay Rate is $18 per hour.
• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
• Benefits available after probation once hired.
