PSAE-Equipment Operator

Our client, an industry leader in warehousing and logistics, is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting warehousing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Bernville, PA

Pay Range: $20.00 to $20.75 depending on the shift

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd or Weekend

What's the Job?

• Operate and drive equipment such as trucks and forklifts to support warehousing activities
• Handle and transport materials efficiently and safely within the facility
• Assist with receiving, order selecting, replenishment, loading, and unloading of materials
• Maintain accurate documentation related to equipment operation and material handling
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures

What's Needed?

• Verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of machines, tools, and their maintenance
• Prior experience operating equipment in a transportation, warehousing, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required
