Manpower - - Responsibilities:
Perform diversified assembly operations required to assemble various sizes and models of construction equipment;
Work from complex drawings, work instructions, bill of material sheets, and specifications to plan assembly operations ensuring conformity to specifications;
Fit, adjust, and align components such as gears, shafts, keys, and bearings; assemble complete machines or sub-assemblies as assigned;
Receive direction from the Manager and daily work assignments from the Team Leader;
Engagement with innovative manufacturing processes
