Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Read and interpret tape measures to cut stock at precise lengths, accurate to 1/16th of an inch;
Operate various saws, including band saws and circular saws, to cut large materials;
Analyze blueprints and shop drawings to determine the final size and shape of the blocks to be cut from raw material;
Devise efficient cutting methods to maximize material usage;
Load and unload parts being cut, and adjust machines to produce precise sizes and shapes as required
