Are you passionate about the poultry industry and have a knack for managing complex operations? We are currently seeking a Permanent Complex Manager with a strong background in the poultry industry to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses a strong understanding of live production and processing.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the poultry complex, including live production, processing, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Complex Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of the poultry complex to ensure smooth operations, including live production, processing, and P&L.
2. Implementing strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality while minimizing costs.
3. Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards within the complex.
4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and employees.
5. Coordinating and communicating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
6. Identifying potential problems or bottlenecks in the production process and implementing effective solutions.
7. Managing and developing a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
8. Regularly reviewing and analyzing financial data to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Complex Manager position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the poultry industry, with a strong focus on live production and processing.
2. Proven experience in managing complex operations, with a demonstrated ability to oversee P&L.
3. A solid understanding of the manufacturing industry, including relevant safety and quality standards.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and resolve potential issues in the production process.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
7. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Management or Poultry Science, is preferred.
