As a Food Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating daily operations within our food production facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production workers, ensuring a positive and efficient work environment. Provide guidance and support to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Production Oversight: Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality control standards and adherence to recipes. Identify and address any issues that may impact production efficiency or product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to enhance their skills. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the production team.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory control team to manage raw materials and finished goods inventory. Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication between production teams and other departments. Relay important information regarding production schedules, quality concerns, and any other relevant updates.
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within food production or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of food safety standards, quality control processes, and production operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey instructions clearly and interact effectively with team members.
