Job Description:We are a leader in the food industry renowned for its premium deli meats and artisanal cheeses, is seeking a qualified and experienced Food Production Supervisor to
join our dynamic team. As a Food Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating daily operations within our food production facility.
Responsibilities:Supervision and Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production workers, ensuring a positive and efficient work environment. Provide guidance and support to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.Production Oversight: Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality control standards and adherence to recipes. Identify and address any issues that may impact production efficiency or product quality.Training and Development: Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to enhance their skills. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the production team.Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to mitigate potential hazards.Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory control team to manage raw materials and finished goods inventory. Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.Communication: Foster effective communication between production teams and other departments.
