What You'll Be Doing Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to ensure optimal plant operations.

Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
