Saw Operator - Day Shift (6am - 2:30pm) at KRB Machinery Company — Wrightsville, PA.

• Operate saw equipment safely and efficiently to cut material to size
• Perform routine machine setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance
• Inspect and measure materials to verify accuracy against specifications
• Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and production schedules
• Support continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives
• Uphold KRB’s mission, vision, and values, demonstrate stewardship of employee ownership, and recognize the importance of safety for products, our customers, and our teammates

• Prior experience operating industrial saws or related equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a strong plus
• Experience with Behringer or Hydmech saws is a bonus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
