Overview

Join Us in Crafting Beautiful Wood Surfaces. Step onto the production floor of our 55,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art facility in Telford, PA and start your day with a clear work order and a well-organized workstation. As a Wood Finishing Production Technician at reSAWN TIMBER co., you’ll transform raw timber into refined, high-quality products through careful surface preparation, thermal charring, sanding, finishing, and packaging—tracking your progress along the way in Google Sheets.

Responsibilities
  • Review the day’s work orders to confirm accuracy and readiness for production.
  • Operate production equipment including charring machines, sanders, and automated finishing systems.
  • Complete basic quality checks to ensure every piece meets our standards.
  • Record, track, and tally job progress using Google Sheets.
  • Keep your area clean and organized, including periodic floor and machine cleaning.
What You Bring
  • Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • A positive, team-first attitude and a desire to learn our products and processes.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and to kneel, bend, twist, push, and lift during routine tasks.
  • Comfort standing and walking throughout an 8-hour shift.
Bonus Points
  • Hands-on experience finishing wood.
  • Familiarity with common wood manufacturing equipment.
  • Comfort using Google Sheets.
