Job Title:

(Meadville) Manufacturing Technician

Working with Plant Supervisor on all aspects of Production.

The consultant is required to comply with all safety rules and to observe safe work practices and operating procedures at all times. Whenever on Suit-Kote property or job sites, or operating Suit
- Kote equipment, consultants and others.

• Run Mill
• Lab Testing
• Unloading Rail Cars
• Load and Unload liquid materials into tankers and bulk storage tanks
• Keep workplace clean and organized
• Operate forklift and other equipment when needed
• Run errands and pick up supplies when needed
• Ability to follow direction
• Performing other duties around the emulsion plant as required
• Record inventories, run sheets and inspections daily.
• Operating and maintaining valves, pumps, hand/power tools and cutting grass around the facility
• Painting, sweeping, shoveling
• Working overtime and on weekends when needed
• Work from heights and in confined spaces (cleaning out bulk storage tanks)

• OSHA 10 Hour Safety Certificate
• Passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening is required and a background check will be conducted
• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from work site
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, read a tape measure and be good in basic math
• Strong work ethic, self-starter and the willingness to help out the team
• Must have a clean motor-vehicle record
