General Operative

Mon-Thu 8:00-4:30 | Fri 8:00-1:00
Contract:
Full-time We're looking for a hands-on General Operative to join our production team in a busy manufacturing environment.
This is a practical role where you'll be involved in day-to-day factory operations, helping ensure products are made safely, accurately, and on time.
Duties:- Work as part of a friendly production team to meet daily targets
- Operate machinery such as mixers, pumps, and weighing equipment
- Follow job sheets and instructions to produce quality products
- Carry out basic equipment checks, cleaning, and maintenance
- Keep production records up to date
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping
- A reliable, practical team player with good attention to detail
- Comfortable with physical work in a factory environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Willing to work across different sites when needed
- Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, paints, or coatings is a plus (but not essential, as full training will be provided.)
