Viwinco, Inc, a manufacturer of custom‑made, high‑performance, beautiful windows and patio doors, is seeking hard‑working, dedicated and reliable 1st shift Production Workers to work at our Morgantown, PA headquarters. You will work within different areas of our production line which include, but are not limited to, assembling windows and patio doors, operating machinery when needed, ensuring production standards are met, finalizing products and preparing them for shipping.

We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st shift Production Door Assembler to come and be part of a successful and growing window and door manufacturing company.

Compensation: $18.00/hr

Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm (must be reliable); overtime and Saturdays required.

Responsibilities:

• Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
• Following production guidelines and specifications.
• Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
• Assembling products and parts.
• Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products.
• Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Following health and safety standards and wearing appropriate PPE.
• Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for a long period of time.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Steel‑toed shoes required (up to a $75 reimbursement once hired).
