Brand Packer

The Brand Packager is responsible for preparing, packaging, and labeling products in accordance with company brand standards, food safety regulations, and quality guidelines. This role ensures that all finished products are accurate, visually appealing, and ready for retail or distribution while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

• Production or food-processing environment
• Exposure to cold temperatures, machinery, and repetitive tasks

Monday - Friday between 6 am and 5 pm

The weekly schedule will be determined by the management and discussed with the individual employee. Overtime may be offered but is not guaranteed.

• Package products according to established brand, weight, and quality standards
• Apply correct labels, pricing, lot codes, and expiration dates
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and presentation prior to packaging
• Operate basic packaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked
  
  Report product issues, equipment malfunctions, or inventory shortages to management
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and consistency
• Follow all safety procedures and wear the required PPE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous packaging, production, or food-handling experience recommended but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for weights, counts, and labeling
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to [25–50] pounds with or without accommodation
• Manual dexterity to handle packaging materials and equipment
