We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Overnight Sanitation Worker to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout our facility during overnight hours. Your efforts will ensure a safe, hygienic environment that meets strict food safety and industry regulations, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality beef products.

• Perform thorough cleaning of production areas, equipment, and work spaces using industrial cleaning tools and supplies
• Sanitize surfaces, machinery, and floors in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Conduct routine custodial tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting to uphold cleanliness standards
• Assist with deep cleaning projects including equipment sterilization and facility maintenance as needed
• Follow detailed cleaning procedures and document completed tasks accurately in sanitation logs
• Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment safely and efficiently during overnight shifts
• Support warehouse operations by moving supplies or materials requiring heavy lifting or custodial care

• Prior experience in cleaning, industrial cleaning, or janitorial roles preferred; experience in food processing or manufacturing environments is a plus
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures within food production or warehouse settings
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently during shift
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and safety protocols
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this overnight position
