Tailored Bottling Solutions is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse and Logistics Technician to join our growing team in Downingtown, PA. In this role, you'll be a key part of our operations—ensuring products move safely, accurately, and efficiently through our warehouse and production environment.

What You'll DoUnload inbound deliveries and move inventory to designated locations
Stage and load outbound orders with precision and care
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and stretch wrap machines
Perform palletizing, banding, and shrink-wrapping to maintain load integrity
Inspect inbound and outbound shipments to ensure compliance with food safety standards
Accurately receive, distribute, store, and track inventory using inventory management systems
Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
Change forklift batteries and inspect equipment to ensure safe operation
Communicate effectively with other shifts and departments
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper disposal of scrap materials
Report to work on time and communicate attendance issues proactively
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience in a high-speed production environment
At least 1 year of experience monitoring product quality
OSHA Forklift Certification required
Demonstrated proficiency operating industrial lift trucks
Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively
Ability to work in varying temperatures
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable performing basic math (counting, adding, subtracting, weights & measures)
Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English
Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Ability to interpret company documents, UPC codes, and product information
Willingness and ability to wear required PPE (goggles, gloves, hairnets, safety glasses, etc.)
Ability to move throughout all areas of the facility, including office, production, and warehouse spaces
