  Weekly pay—training starts at $20.00 per hour, with increases up to $22.80 minimum in three months. Additional shift differentials available.

• Set up, operate, or tend molding or grinding‑related tools to provide finished products to our customers.
• Inspect or measure finished castings to determine conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as gauges or micrometers.
