Project Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support a large-scale capital expansion project within the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring integrated project schedules to ensure milestones and deliverables stay on track. This is a high-visibility role supporting a $300–$400M expansion project, ideal for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for all Primavera P6 scheduling activities, working closely with project management, construction, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
• Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and proactively communicate impacts
• Track progress, analyze schedule variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Support project managers and construction teams to ensure alignment with expansion goals
• Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, and executive-level reports
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure schedule accuracy and integrity across all project phases

• 10+ years of project scheduling experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong hands-on expertise with Primavera P6
• Solid understanding of construction processes for industrial or pharma facilities
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• High adaptability and ability to perform in dynamic project environments

• Experience working in a chemical manufacturing or chemical management plant
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred, not required)
