Second Shift Industrial Mechanic

Position OverviewTaking on the role as our Second Shift Industrial Mechanic, you’ll coordinate routine equipment service and proactive maintenance measures. Expertly tackling urgent repairs across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, you’ll also quickly identify and replace any worn or faulty parts. Your shift spans from Monday through Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:30 am, offering $30-$32 per hour, augmented by a $3,000 sign-on bonus and $1 per hour shift difference.
CoreDuties Include
- Conducting thorough assessments and tests on machinery.
- Efficiently disassembling malfunctioning equipment and securing new or refurbished parts.
- Ensuring impeccable function through cleaning and lubrication of vital machinery parts.
- Managing installations of pipe systems and maintenance of corresponding hydraulic/pneumatic devices.
- Committing to stringent safety codes and maintaining organized work spaces.
- Adapting line setups for diverse product changeovers.
- Promptly addressing equipment irregularities with production and plant management.
- Certificate from a recognized technical institution.
- Two years' expertise in industrial equipment maintenance within manufacturing settings or equivalent qualifications through education and experience.
- Prior experience with farming and automotive machinery is advantageous.
