Inspector, Manufacturing ​/ Production, Quality Control ​/ Manager

To ensure that all textile products meet defined quality standards by carefully inspecting raw materials, production processes, and finished goods, identifying defects, and verifying compliance with specifications, safety requirements, and customer expectations. The quality inspector’s mission is to support consistent product quality, reduce waste and rework, and help maintain the company’s reputation for reliability and excellence in textile manufacturing.

• Inspect fabrics and garments at various stages of production (raw, in-process, and finished goods).
• Identify defects such as weaving faults, color variation, stains, holes, or finishing issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, buyer requirements, and industry norms.
• Conduct measurements, GSM checks, shrinkage tests, and color fastness checks as required.
• Maintain accurate quality inspection reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and finishing teams to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor packing, labeling, and final shipment quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and factory compliance standards.
• Assist in continuous improvement of quality control processes.

• Diploma or Degree in Textile Technology / Textile Engineering / Fashion Technology (preferred)
• Relevant certification in textile quality inspection is an added advantage
