We are seeking a skilled, reliable laborer to join our growing company. In this position, you will assist with heavy machinery operation and follow all site health and safety regulations. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

• Performs manual labor tasks (lifting, carrying, dragging, or pulling material) to saturate felt liners with a poly resin.
• Uses hand tools as needed to ensure even distribution of resin.
• Operates company equipment, maintaining it in a clean, safe, and mechanically sound condition to prolong equipment life.
• Completes daily paperwork for the saturation process and ISO requirements, ensuring it is accurate and legible for traceability purposes.
• Performs saturation process in a safe manner according to all safety practices to meet internal and external customer requirements.
• Performs saturation process to quality standards established by the company for consistency and meeting customer requirements.
• Possesses a positive attitude and works well in a team environment, accepting delegated responsibility from the Wetout Process Manager to ensure work is completed efficiently and to customer expectations.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
• Understand, speak, and write fluently in English.
• Capable of obtaining forklift certification.
• Ability to work with resin and chemicals associated with the saturation process.

• Ability to walk, stand, pull, drag, bend, squat, and turn at the waist.
• Ability to use proper lifting techniques to periodically lift a minimum of 50 lbs and carry it for a minimum of 50 feet.
• Ability to work in elevated situations with the ability to ascend and descend 10’ ladders and work on platforms.

• Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
