Material Handler - Indianola PA - 1st Shift: 6am - 2:20pm
We are currently seeking motivated colleagues to contribute to meaningful work in our local manufacturing plants. Our positions perform meaningful work and include exposure to advancing technologies, having a voice to challenge our status quo, and training for career advancement.

Our Indianola location operates on a 3 eight-hour shift schedule. First Shift: 6am-2:20pm, 2nd Shift: 2pm - 10:20pm, 3rd Shift: 10pm - 6:20am, Monday through Friday.
We also offer a breadth of benefits, including 120 hours of vacation, 128 hours of holiday time, 40 hours sick time, full medical/dental/vision, educational assistance, annual bonus and more!
Pay is $17.50 per hour. This position also has a $2.00 per hour shift differential pay and up to a 5% yearly bonus.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe primary responsibilities of this role, Material Handler, are to:
- Follow all documented processes and procedures;
- Maintain physical transport of materials and complete all required SAP transactions using appropriate PPE and material handling equipment;
- Finish product packaging using visual work instructions according to all regulatory requirements;
- Complete all required transactional steps to receive and ship material.
- High school diploma or GED;
- Demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office applications;
- Able to operate independently;
- Demonstrate problem solving abilities;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Able to work in a team environment;
- Able to quickly learn new IT systems and tools.
- One year of work experience;
- The ability to learn to operate a powered industrial truck (forklift) as needed.
Employees can expect to be paid a starting hourly wage of $17.50 per hour. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
This salary range is an estimate and may vary based on location, market data/ranges, skills and prior relevant experience, degrees and certifications, and other factors.
