Join Our Team as an Assembler at Franklin Water Treatment, a Division of Franklin Electric. What you will be doingYou will use available parts to assemble various water treatment equipment or kits according to detailed operating instructions, safely operate a forklift, work at various workstations to complete scheduled assemblies, report any quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Production Supervisor, and ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements as per Franklin Electric Quality standards.

What you need- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- 0 - 3+ years experience in a manufacturing-type position (preferred)
- Forklift Certification with 1-3+ years of forklift experience (preferred)
- Punctual/dependable with great attendance
This role requires you to continually lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Continually stand, regularly walk. Occasionally sit; ascend or descend ladders, stairs, or ramps; turn wrenches, valves, or handles; bend or twist; use upper extremities and reach above shoulders.
