Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and maintaining molds.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts for molds.
  • Analyze and remove sources of errors and disturbances.
  • Recognize and report mold part problems.
  • Assist technical personnel and support throughout entire facility.
  • Perform work in other areas when needed or requested (e.g., load trucks).
  • Maintain and work in accord with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Qualifications
  • Experience in tooling/die shop.
  • Experience in injection molds.
  • Good basic technical knowledge.
  • Must have excellent attendance.
  • Must be responsible, self‑motivated and function well in a team environment.
  • Must be able to make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Must be safety and quality conscious at all times.
  • Flexible work schedule with a willingness to work overtime.
  • Willing to take a “Hands On” approach during mold changes and other jobs.
Education and Experience

1–3 years of experience with injection molding preferred.

Sign‑On Bonus

Up to $1,000.00.

Shift

12‑hour day shift.

Pay & Benefits
