The Packer is tasked with inspecting, banding, and shrink‑wrapping stacks of finished labels, as well as assembling and packingytter boxes of finished labels. Meets safety, production, sustainability, and quality standards. Interacts with other departments to achieve the company’s core strategies. This is an entry‑level role that we intend to grow into different positions within the company.

• Inspect finished labels to ensure quality.
• Bands and shrink wraps stacks of finished labels.
• Assembles corrugated boxes or trays.
• Packs finished labels in boxes for shipment.

• Completed required documentation in an accurate and prompt manner.
• Operates a pallet jack.
• Complies with established facility safety policies and procedures, other work instructions and regulations (e.g., ISO, GMA SAFE, HACCP).
• Interacts and behaves professionally. Treats all associates respectfully and professionally while maintaining the company’s code of ethics.
• Responsible for maintaining daily housekeeping efforts, which may include painting and cleaning of the facility (interior and exterior).
• Travels as necessary.
• Other diffie duties as assigned.

• The physical demands require standing, using hands to feel and touch, reaching with arms and hands, and talking and hearing.
• Requires frequent walking.
• Occasionally, an employee may need to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

• Specific vision requirements are close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
