We’re currently seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our Weekend Shift operations in Bradford, PA. In this role, you’ll guide a team of dedicated employees, ensuring all assignments are completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company policies and customer expectations. From keeping production on schedule to maintaining safety and quality standards, you’ll be a key driver of success on the floor.

- Supervise Production Teams – Lead and support multiple production departments throughout your shift.
- Scheduling & Work Allocation – Ensure schedule compliance and adjust based on capacity or shifting priorities.
- Monitor Quality & Progress – Keep jobs moving at target run rates and ensure products are correctly staged and identified.
- Maintain Documentation – Ensure labor entries, job cards, and all documentation are accurate and submitted on time.
- Drive Safety & Compliance – Enforce safety protocols, material handling procedures, and company policies.
- Support 6S & Continuous Improvement – Promote and participate in 6S initiatives, KPIs, and lean manufacturing practices.
- Coordinate Resources – Work with the Plant Manager on inventory, tooling, maintenance, and waste reduction.
- Participate in Operations – Jump in to support operations as needed (e.g., shipping/receiving, passivation, electropolishing).
- Lead by Example – Address disciplinary issues appropriately and model professionalism and performance.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adobe PDF Suite
- Microsoft Dynamics software systems (a plus)
- Certificate from a technical school or 3–5 years of relevant supervisory or manufacturing experience (or an equivalent combination)
- Experience working in a production/manufacturing setting
- Comfortable using computers and documentation tools to track operations
- Strong communication skills and leadership presence
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6PM‑6AM
- 36 hours/week with full‑time pay and benefits
