Summary The employee is responsible for transporting finished products in a timely manner from the production line areas, as well as receiving and supplying the production lines with raw materials, cartons, and packaging supplies. Unloading inbound and LTL’s. Shift Details:
Monday through Friday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
- Transports finished goods from production lines to pallet wrapping area.
- Transports finished goods from pallet wrapping area to Cressona warehouse or to an awaiting replenishment trailer being sent to the Service Center.
- Responsible for replenishment load paperwork, ensuring that the correct counts and the correct items are stated (Paperwork must be signed by loaders).
- Responsible for the correct counts of finished products, also the entering of the finished product into the computer.
- Place correct pallet rotation sheets in the stretch wrap of the products being manufactured.
- Unloading of inbound pallet trailers and receiving into SAP accurately.
- Supplying production lines with raw materials, cartons, paper and poly packaging as needed or as requested by line operators.
- Monitor battery changing station and battery levels.
- Forklift driving and PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) training and certification is required by Kaytee Products, Inc. (Training will be provided by Kaytee).
- Mathematical skills required-ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to lift and/or move 60 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Must have solid organizational skills.
- Excellent attendance record is a must.
- Solid communicational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and fumes of airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. But higher levels of noise are marked by signs.
