, partnering closely with Operations, and turning analysis into real, visible change.
- Identify, prioritize, and drive process improvement opportunities across manufacturing and support operations
- Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity modeling to inform labor planning and operational decisions
- Design and optimize facility layouts, material flow, work instructions, and standard work to improve productivity and consistency
- Partner closely with Operations, QA, Food Safety, and Safety to ensure improvements are practical, compliant, and sustainable
- Lead Lean and continuous improvement projects
, from problem definition through implementation and follow‑up - Translate data into clear recommendations, business cases, and action plans for leadership
- Serve as a project lead on major improvement initiatives, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Coach and mentor other Industrial Engineers and team members on IE tools, lean concepts, and structured problem solving
- Develop and deliver presentations, training sessions, and visual tools that support change adoption on the floor
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations excellence
- Strong working knowledge of time studies, layout optimization, capacity planning, and lean manufacturing principles
- Experience leading cross‑functional improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
- Comfort working in fast‑paced, production‑focused settings — this is not a desk‑only role
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (AutoCAD or layout tools a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across levels of the organization
