Production Engineer*
* ** Purpose of the Role
** The Production Engineer is responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes within the plant. The goal is to enhance quality, safety, flexibility, and reliability of production by initiating and implementing improvement projects and supporting operational teams. This position requires a hands-on approach, significant presence on the shop floor, and strong analytical skills.
** Key Responsibilities*

*** Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and improvement projects.
* Experience in a production environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).

* Languages:

Fluent in Dutch and English.
