What You’ll DoAs an Electrical & Controls Technician
, you’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing, maintaining, and optimizing everything from PLCs to mechanical systems. You’ll work hands-on with advanced production and support equipment, keeping our systems safe, efficient, and at peak performance. Every day brings new challenges — and the satisfaction of seeing the results of your work in real time.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems to keep production rolling
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to stay one step ahead of downtime
- Support and fine-tune control components within PLC systems (Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Repair or fabricate machine parts using lathes, grinders, or drill presses when needed
- Partner with production and engineering to drive process improvements and system reliability
- Follow LOTO and all safety protocols — safety is at the heart of everything we do
- 3–12 years of experience in electrical or controls maintenance (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Solid working knowledge of PLCs and low-voltage control systems
- Familiarity with three-phase electrical, pneumatics, conveyors, and general mechanical systems
- Ability to read schematics, troubleshoot issues, and think critically under pressure
