Job Description:
Production Operators - Inorganic Pigment Production
The selected candidate will be a part of our client's production team as a Production Operator and support the production of inorganic color pigments that are used worldwide for coloring in numerous industries such as construction, paints & coatings, and plastics.
Duties /Experience:
- Charge, blend, and package pigments as instructed by the blend, repackaging, or packaging sheets.
- Troubleshoot equipment and make repairs commensurate with skill level.
- Recognize defects in finished product such as lumps or streaking in finished product.
- Prepare equipment for new blend by thoroughly cleaning to prevent cross-contamination.
- Complete all required company training.
- 0-2 years of work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
