RF Test Technician

Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. – RF Test Technician

Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is seeking an RF Test Technician whose primary duties will include quality control and tuning/testing of RF telecommunication equipment using various testing equipment and resources. This position is full time – 5/8 schedule (7:00AM-3:30PM) – In Person Only – Overtime available.

• Perform testing, inspection, tuning and troubleshooting of RF, analog and digital circuit boards and products to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Set up and operate electrical, electronic and RF test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, hi‑pot and ground bond, oscilloscopes and digital probes efficiently.
• Conduct visual and mechanical testing and perform inspections to ensure adherence to approved company, industry and quality standards and customer specifications; make adjustments and repairs as necessary.
• Report defective materials, questionable conditions, product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to the lead test technician.
• Accurately record labor hours and other statistics into the computer database.
• Adhere to established company policies and procedures, paying special attention to safety regulations; wear personal protective equipment as per training guidelines.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Perform other related duties as requested, directed, or assigned. May work in other manufacturing departments as needed.

• Must possess an Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school.
• Must have the ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Must have basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Must have manual dexterity to handle and solder small parts through a magnifying glass or microscope.
• RF experience is strongly preferred.
• Soldering experience is strongly preferred.
