Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
In this role at Kirby Risk, you will collect customers’ machine data for predictive maintenance analysis and reporting and perform electro‑mechanical troubleshooting, diagnosis, and on‑site repair. Some specific duties include vibration analysis, dynamic balancing, laser alignment, infrared thermography, and variable frequency drive start‑up. Our experienced technicians provide on‑the‑job training.
Qualifications- College‑level coursework, Trade or Technical school certification, or equivalent work experience
- Mechanical and/or Electrical experience is recommended
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- A strong desire to continually learn predictive maintenance techniques
