Production & Shipping Team Member

The Production & Shipping Team Member assists in the production and fulfillment process of decorated 1/24 and 1/64 diecasts at American Diecast Company (ADC). This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and teamwork to ensure high-quality finished products are completed and shipped on time. The team member will rotate through various tasks, including decal preparation, assembly, packaging, inventory, and shipping support, while also helping with customer calls and shipment coordination.

• Prep decals by weeding, taping, and trimming
• Unwrap diecasts to prepare for decaling
• Apply decals to 1/24 and 1/64 diecasts
• Assemble and disassemble diecasts as needed
• Assist in packaging and labeling finished diecasts and certificates
• Organize, move, and stock inventory
• Enter shipment information and prepare shipping labels using computer software
• Answer phones professionally and assist customers or direct calls as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow company safety and quality standards

• Basic computer skills required (shipping software, label printing, email)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality at a fast pace
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist in various areas of production
