2nd Shift Lead Machine Operator

Job Title: Lead Machine Operator
Location: Leola, PA
Temp to Perm
2nd Shift, 2PM - 10:30PM
Pay Rate: Up to $30/hr depending on experience.

Looking for fabrication specialist with cutting and punching experience. Welding experience is a plus.

• Learn to set up and operate a variety of equipment as you build your metalworking skills.
• Fabricate parts operating the Stripit brake press, Peddinghaus shearing machine, Pacific punch press, horizontal saws, or robotic welders.
• Check parts produced according to work ticket to ensure all parts are within tolerance of customer specifications.
• Machine set-up knowledge is a plus.
• Serve as Shift Team Lead.

• Maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Understanding and reading blueprints.
• Repetitive lifting up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand, be mobile, and physically able to handle and transport materials during the 8-hour shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Manufacturing experience 4 years (Preferred).
• Previous experience in a Team Lead role.
