Operator - 1st shiftLocation:
Felton, PA.
Shift: 7am - 3pm (2 10-minute breaks & 1 20-minute lunch).

Job SummaryVisually inspects and packs product with an emphasis on quality and productivity while contributing to and maintaining a team-oriented environment.
Primary Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions- Visually inspect all parts to ensure quality is acceptable.
- Pack parts per packaging specifications.
- Complete tasks in assembly cells following work instructions.
- Maintain efficiencies on all semi-automatic presses and assembly cells.
- Drive and maintain housekeeping chores to ensure safety and cleanliness around injection molding presses.
- Track scrap amounts by recording them on the Production Analysis Sheet.
- Monitor quality of parts by recording inconsistencies on the Concern Report.
- Monitor quantity of production using simple mathematical formulas and recording quantities on the Tracking Sheet.
- Assist with certifying as needed.
- Adhere to all IATF
16949, ISO
14001 & ISO
45001 and Company policies and procedures. - Follow FIFO on all components and WIP product.
