Benefits- Full‑time employment plus potential overtime. Employees are paid at an hourly rate plus time and a half for overtime hours worked.
- Work weeks can vary from 5–8 hour days to 4–10 hour days for the employee’s regular schedule.

Seneca Landfill, Inc. – Welder/FabricatorSeneca Landfill, Inc. is seeking a welder/fabricator to repair vehicle bodies and fabricate steel and aluminum components for both trucks and equipment.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Safe use of MIG and ARC welding equipment and other fabricating machines to cut and manufacture patches or repair areas on containers or trucks.
- Must comply with all company policies, laws, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Adaptable to changing work environments, competing demands, and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
- Minimum 1 year welding experience or Welding Technician diploma.
- Experience with a plasma torch as well as MIG and ARC welding equipment preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Employees must provide their own safety‑approved work boots.
- Ability to sit/stand, walk, climb, bend/twist, and push/pull required.
- Ability to lift/carry upwards of 50–75 lbs. for short distances.
