** A Day in the Life:
** Responsible for the safe and efficient supervision of day-to-day assigned Crush, Refinery, Milling or Packaging production operations department shift. Support to Production Manager of Operations in monitoring and improving plant productivity.

** What You'll Be Doing:*
* ** Skills/Experience Requirements:*
* * Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, chemical engineering or related field or equivalent progressive experience of 5+ years in soybean crushing, oil refining, milling, oil packaging operations, or related and applicable activities in support of industrial operations is required
* Proficiency with basic computer skills, including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word and other technical software packages, as needed
* Ability to work odd hours, weekends and rotating shift schedule required

* Work Schedule:

12-hour rotating shift (48-hour week/36-hour week)
