• Full‑time employment with potential overtime; paid at an hourly rate plus one‑half for overtime hours.
• Work weeks can vary from 5‑8 hour days to 4‑10 hour days for the employee’s regular schedule.

All potential employees must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test and physical if applicable prior to beginning employment and are subject to ongoing random and other drug testing as required through our policy.

• Safe use of MIG and ARC welding equipment and other fabricating machines to cut and manufacture patches or repair areas on containers or trucks.
• Must comply with all company policies, laws, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Adaptable to changing work environments, competing demands, and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

• Minimum 1 year welding experience or Welding Technician diploma.
• Experience with a plasma torch as well as MIG and ARC welding equipment preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Employees must provide their own safety‑approved work boots.

• Ability to sit/stand, walk, climb, bend/twist, and push/pull required.
• Ability to lift/carry upwards of 50‑75 lbs. for short distances.
