Starting Rate of pay: $27.75-$40.77/ hour

Shifts Available and

Hours:

Night shift, 5:50pm-6am (You may be trained on day shift)

Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential

Bonus: This position is eligible to participate in the Plant Profit Sharing Program after completing six months of employment. (Quarterly profit sharing)

• Diagnoses complex equipment failures, troubleshoots for root cause, and develops solutions utilizing a scientific approach with at a minimum the following tools: prints, sketches, manuals, diagnostic equipment, etc... coupled with machinery and process knowledge.
• Safely dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and operates complex equipment using hand and power tools, cranes and hoists often involving complex rigging.
• Applies knowledge of mechanics, welding, pipe fitting, hydraulics and other crafts and trades to efficiently repair or maintain complex equipment daily.
• Completes work in a timely manner, often without direct supervision. Ability to organize work for maximum efficiency. Ability to adjust work priorities based on plant needs and business.

• A Mechanical Technical Degree or certificate equivalent with 1-year practical experience and/or 3-5 years of practical experience in an industrial setting is preferred but not required.
• Bidders will be required to take a written mechanical and welding assessment.
• Participation in the Craft Academic Training Program is required.
